How to Redeem

Recipients can redeem their voucher in two simple ways:

1. Online
Apply the unique voucher code at checkout against any experience or gourmet gift available in our online shop.

2. Direct with a Partner Cookery School
Contact us with your voucher code and preferred venue, and we will assist with redeeming it against a cookery class or experience at one of our participating partners (subject to availability).

Voucher Validity

All Gourmet Experience Collection vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For added peace of mind when gifting, extensions are available for up to 15 months from purchase, ensuring recipients have plenty of time to choose and enjoy their experience.
