We recently caught up with Celebrity Chef Richard Bertinet at The Bertient Kitchen Cookery School in Bath, where he talked about his early cookery experiences, influences and passions for ‘Real bread’ in his 20th year at The Bertinet Kitchen.
Richard is now a regular guest on TV shows including Saturday with James Martin, who he spent some time with in his early career, and more recently Richard has campaigned for ‘real bread’ since arriving in England from Brittany in the late 1980s, and was named BBC Food Champion of the Year in 2010.
