The GourmetXperience Voucher Promise
All GourmetXperience vouchers are designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind when gifting.

Transferable as a gift
The following terms explain how GourmetXperience vouchers can be purchased and redeemed.
1. Voucher Validity
All GourmetXperience gift vouchers and monetary vouchers are valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the individual experience.
To provide additional flexibility for gift recipients, vouchers may be extended for up to 15 months from the original purchase date, subject to a small administration fee, provided the extension request is made Min. 28 days prior to the original validity period ends.
The voucher will display a unique reference code which must be quoted when making a booking and presented at redemption.
2. Redeeming Your Voucher
GourmetXperience vouchers can be redeemed in the following ways:
Online redemption
Voucher codes can be entered at checkout when purchasing experiences or gourmet gifts from the GourmetXperience website.
Direct venue booking
Recipients may also contact our team to redeem their voucher with one of our participating cookery schools, restaurants or experience providers. Redeemer must contact our team prior to contacting any of our experience providers for us to check validity and values.
All bookings are subject to availability and should be made in advance.
The purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a specific reservation date.
3. Experience Vouchers
Vouchers purchased for a specific GourmetXperiences, cookery classes and courses may be redeemed for the experience detailed on the voucher.
Where available, vouchers may also be used towards an alternative participating experience of equal or greater value.
Any additional items purchased during the experience (for example drinks, upgrades or discretionary service charges) are not included unless clearly stated.
4. Monetary Vouchers
Monetary vouchers may be used as full or part payment towards participating experiences, courses or events.
If the value of the selected experience exceeds the voucher amount, the balance can be paid at the time of booking.
Monetary vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Availability and Participating Venues
Experiences and bookings are subject to availability at the participating venue.
The network of participating restaurants, cookery schools and experience providers may change from time to time as new partners join the GourmetXperience collection.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may cancel their voucher purchase within 14 days of receiving their order confirmation email, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via the website contact form with your order details.
If a voucher has already been redeemed or used to make a booking, refunds are not available.
When a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Delivery
Electronic gift vouchers are delivered by email shortly after purchase.
Printed vouchers may be delivered via third-party postal services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the chosen delivery method.
8. Third-Party Experience Providers
GourmetXperience works with selected restaurants, cookery schools and culinary experience providers to offer a curated collection of experiences.
While GourmetXperience issues the voucher and facilitates bookings, the experience itself is delivered by the participating venue.
9. Changes to Experiences
Participating venues may occasionally update menus, course formats or experience details.
Where this occurs, the provider will aim to offer a comparable experience of equal value wherever possible.

11. Changes to These Terms
GourmetXperience, Operated by ‘Gourmet Lifestyle-Leisure Marketing LTD’ reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements or operational practices.
The terms in place at the time of purchase will apply to the voucher.
