We recently caught up with Celebrity Chef, writer and campaigner Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at The River Cottage Cookery School in Devon, where he talked about his early cookery experiences, influences and passions for ‘SLOW’ food, as well as sharing his plans for Christmas.
