Chef Shaun Rankin, Grantley Hall Yorkshire talks to GourmetXperiences

Staycationing in Yorkshire

In Yorkshire, we delve into the culinary wonderland created by inspiring and much acclaimed Chef, Shaun Rankin, at newly crowned five star Grantley Hall.

Shaun talks us through what indulgent diners and stay-cationers can expect at this one-of-a-kind destination venue in the region, and shares his passion for supporting British producers, buying local and growing his own food on site.

“Nearly all our ingredients are sourced from Yorkshire farmers and producers within 30 miles of Grantley Hall,” says Shaun. “It’s very important to us that we’re continually reinvesting in the local farming community, and that we’re growing and making as much as we can in-house.”
